PRESS

DSCP / Dual Sided Coil Press

The stator coil press DSCP series consists of two banks of pressing heads, one for the bottom coil side and one for the top coil side. The base of the press is fabricated from hollow structural steel sections. Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted on each head, one in the horizontal direction and one in the vertical direction.

Advantages of the Dual Sided Bar Press

  • All press heads of a given side or bank (bottom coil side or top coil side) are mounted on linear bearings. This ensures accurate alignment and allows the heads to be positioned for different slot lengths.
  • The vertical cylinder of each head is mounted on a hinged member, which can be pivoted to the open position to allow the stator coil to be easily inserted or removed from the press.
  • Can be used as 2 single sided press to consolidate 2 bars at the same time.
  • A single hydraulic unit and operator panel can control 2 press at the same time.
  • Temperature digitally monitored for precise control.
  • Robust design for process stability.
  • Maximum vertical pressing force per head of 40 kN
  • Maximum horizontal pressing force per head of 110 kN
  • Maximum temperature of 200°C
  • Fully protected from corrosion.

SSBP / Single Sided Bar Press

The bar press SSBP series consists of one banks of pressing heads. The base of the press is fabricated from hollow structural steel sections. Two hydraulic cylinders are mounted on each head, one in the horizontal direction and one in the vertical direction.

Advantages of the Single Sided Bar Press

  • Compact design with hydraulic unit directly inside the frame of the press.
  • All press heads are mounted on linear bearings. This ensures accurate alignment and allows the heads to be positioned for different slot lengths.
  • The vertical cylinder of each head is mounted on a hinged member, which can be pivoted to the open position to allow the bar to be easily inserted or removed from the press.
  • Temperature digitally monitored for precise control.
  • Robust design for process stability.
  • Maximum vertical pressing force per head of 40 kN
  • Maximum horizontal pressing force per head of 110 kN
  • Maximum temperature of 200°C
  • Fully protected from corrosion.

HLP / Hot Loop Press

The hot loop presses HLP series are designed to press consolidate loops before they are formed.  The loop press consists of the following major components:

  • A press unit with cartridge heater plates,
  • 2 jig station that move manually inside the press unit.
  • Fully protected from corrosion.

Advantages of the Hot Loop Press

  • The carriages are used one at time, so one carriage can be loaded or unloaded while the other one is being pressed.
  • Multiple loops consolidated at the same time.
  • Temperature digitally monitored for precise control.
  • Robust design for process stability.
  • Maximum vertical pressure of 295 kN/m2
  • Maximum horizontal pressure of 1370 kN/m2
  • Maximum temperature of 200°C
